Just like it did for OOPSLA 2002, Priceline did it again.
I set it up for a 4 star hotel in the zone marked "Downtown Toronto", from 4/21 to 4/27, and offered $60/night. The offer was accepted by The Westin Harbour Castle, conveniently located a couple blocks from the convention center.
